DMAIC

Six Sigma

Five-phase problem-solving methodology used in Six Sigma: Define the problem, Measure current performance, Analyze root causes, Improve the process, and Control to sustain results. Similar to PDCA but with more emphasis on statistical rigor and data-driven decision-making. Typically used for complex process improvement requiring weeks or months.
